Easy weight loss

I decided to go and see Rachael for hypnotherapy after I researched it on the internet and found her website to be the best. I found listening to her radio interviews inspired me to try hypnsis myself I have been recommending Rachael to people for months. What she did has totally changed my life. I went to see her about losing weight 5 months ago, I had a few sessions and I have lost 4 Stone 10 pounds in weight since. Now I enjoy shopping for clothes, can wear what I like and look good, I feel more confident and happy, I'm keeping the weight off ok so far. I always used to avoid looking in mirrors as it really depressed me, now I have to do a double take sometimes. Rachael is really skilled the hypnosis was awesome, the second time I went I could hardly remember anything but I couldnt eat any biscuits or chocolate afterwards! Lots of colleages and friends of mine have been to see her as well and they have also had really good results too
