They have often come just hoping to weigh less and end up with the confidence to change jobs, take up a new, active hobby or start a new relationship. At weekly group meetings I help my clients understand how their thoughts and feelings can influence what and how much they eat. I then help them change their behaviour, learning the skills they need to manage their weight long term.

LighterLife Weight-Management Counsellors undergo rigorous training and each hold a BTEC professional certificate or diploma in Weight-Management Consultancy, accredited by Edexcel.
