I spent 6 years researching the water softener market. Researching all the different brands available. Finally I decided on Kinetico who are the market leaders and offer the best products, service and guarantees available. Other companies have tried to copy but cant match the quality of Kinetico. Having had a skin condition since birth, the very first time I had a shower with the new water softener I noticed instantly the benefits. The water felt silky. I needed a lot less shower gel, shampoo and did not need to use conditioner. My skin did not feel tight after the shower like it does normally. Other benefits I noticed was how easy it was to clean, the taps, shower, sinks toilets all looked like new. I also washed half the car with soft water and the other half with hard water. Brilliant the soft water side cleaned easier and It was shinier and stayed cleaner for longer.

Living in Washingborough, Lincoln, The water is very hard. A friend told me about PH Softeners from Lincoln. I gave them a ring and made an appointment for a free home demonstration. Paul from PH Softener came round and tested my water hardness and showed me the benefits of softened water. He did this with my own tap water with his portable softener. There was no sales pressure. A couple of days later I rang paul to ask to have one installed. He installed a Kinetico 2020c water softener and left me with a few packets of free salt. The benefits I noticed was instant. Showering was a joy. Cleaning was easier. I would defiantly recommend this company.
