Trying to find a simple word to describe the Mandarin Chinese takeaway in Saxilby, Lincoln? - me too

I shall try and find a word to describe the Mandarin - maybe that word is "awful?" It could be a takeaway that does OK, but unfortunately the service and food quality is quite simply not right - which makes it below par by a fair way. On two occasions myself and others have been served either sub standard food, or have been allowed to travel home with an item/s missing. Imagine going home for a Saturday evening meal, traveling over 6 miles, having a beer whilst taking a call and then realising that part of the meal you ordered was not put in the bag with your order? And you can not drive back..... You make a call to request a replacement be delivered, as you would not risk your license by driving, to hear "sorry, we will not deliver you a replacement" in effect, unlucky! - and thats from the manager....... That's just not on, is it? On balance i do not like to give bad feedback, but unfortunately i cannot do otherwise as there is a poor balance - i have actually realised that it is not a word i am looking for to describe the mandarin, but two and put quite simply - it is "simply, awful"
