• This Shop is now Closed and SPCK Bookshops have filed for Bankruptcy

  This shop has been closed now since Febraury 2008. The previosu owners sold it to SSG (st Stephen the Great) and they have filed for bankruptcy in the US. The doors and windows have been covered inside in newspaper and there is a sign on the front door saying about them closing and making all the staff redundant etc. There is also a sign been posted on the door directing people to a Unicorn Tree Christian Books and Church Supplies that is now open in the Central Market, Sincil Street. This is run, it would seem, by the ex-manager of SPCK Lincoln.

• Intelligent, articulate and well stocked

  This is not your usual Christian Bookshop - I was quite surprised by the level of knowledge from the staff and the diverse range stocked. Cetrainly worth browsing and there were some real bargains in their secondhand department too. an excellent shop and worth a visit for the friendly staff!
