Avoid at all costs

Rang these monkeys up for a quote to have my fire serviced and they made sucha fuss about it all. I think I was speaking to a junior assistant who was rude and arrogant, she ended up hanging up because she didn't like her customers asking simply questions. I suspect this was because they were not capable of completing the job properly, to time, to budget and to a professional standard. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.”
