Terrible Service and houses
I bought a house from Hawthorn in 2006 and have had nothing but problems with it, you do expect problems with any new house you buy but they will not come out to fix them even swearing at us on the phone. From what I hear this is not unusual on their part and many others have complained of similar treatment. If you want proof of how shoddy their work is go and look at streets/closes that they have completed and see if you could live with unfinished roads.
