This was the worst experience with a tradesman I have ever had. He is unreliable, untrustworthy and I certainly wouldn't recommend him to anyone. When we initially discussed the work I wanted to have done, he evidently didn't listen properly. All he was interested in was doing the the quickest/easiest thing regardless of how inappropriate it was or how bad it looked. He quoted that the job would take one day but he stretched it out so much it wasn't finished after two days. He caused damage to my property which he refused to accept responsibility for, and I had to pay for the repairs. (This makes me wonder if he has adequate insurance.) Do not pay him in advance. I made the mistake of doing this as he assured me he would come round when I was at work to finish up. I tried to pay him with a cheque but he insisted on payment in cash without providing me with a receipt, warranty or any kind of certification for the work he'd carried out. Then after several weeks of not hearing from him and the work still being unfinished I tried to contact him and he accused me of not paying him. I sent him several emails in order to rectify the situation explaining to him that I wanted to keep everything in writing, and he didn't reply to a single one (which suggests he's worried about legal action being taken against him). The work still remains unfinished and I haven't heard from him since. He is completely unprofessional.

Maple Farms

We bought a cocker spaniel puppy from this place in jan 2013, We were told that the puppy was healthy and 2 weeks younger than it actually was. Our poor little puppy has suffered for the last 8 weeks as it was poorly from the 1st day. We took her to our local vets and had tests done and our vet was appalled at her condition, She had kennel cough, worms, parasites in her intestines, She has been on antibiotics and numerous other things and I'm glad to say she has now just been given the all clear so she can now finally have her inoculations which she should of had 8 weeks ago, but wasn't possible as she was so ill. if any one is thinking of buying from willow farm puppy farm in Lincoln please email me for a copy of our vets report as you will then think twice. When we fist rang about going to buy our puppy they said they were a kennels and just bread a few of there own dogs, When we arrived the owner was no where to be seen as he clearly knows he is fronting a puppy farm. Be warned
